I used your instructions. After a long time it worked. I realized I didn’t follow your directions EXACTLY, which seems to be the trick.
Take your time, most of you will have to install the “extended info” app on facebook first. just search it under the FB search bar.

I got stuck at step 6 – I created it and checked box tab but didn’t know how to make it appear on wall tab. I finally figured it out. It didn’t ask me approval but I did it!! Check it out
